About Me
Although I've been fortunate enough to travel the world some, I have called Concord NC my home since the age of three. After graduating from Central Cabarrus and UNC Charlotte, I worked in the public and private sectors for twelve years before finding that I have a gift for providing Massage Therapy.

Why am I a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist? 
Prior to attending the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute (TMTI), I admit, I had only received a handful of professional massages in my life.

However, in late 2011, after having suffered for a few days from a pulled muscle that shot pain up and down the middle of my back and limited my mobility, I visited a local Massage Therapist.  The pain of that pulled muscle disappeared while I was on the table and I walked out more comfortable than when I walked in. On top of it, the pain didn't return after a few hours or days as it had before when I received other forms of treatment.

Experiencing the relief from the pulled muscle in my back during that massage therapy session was an eye opener.  As a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, being able to provide relief of pain to a client or to observe their mobility increase following a session is a tremendously rewarding experience!  

Massage Therapy can be beneficial for clients who live with a wide range of medical conditions as well as for those who have pulled muscles or soreness from overexertion.  Through Massage Therapy, I am both grateful and excited to be able to share these therapeutic benefits with you!
